Throughout camp we structure internal competition. We want to test each athlete's physical and mental capacity as well as their desire.

ATHLETICISM
Throughout the week we will start the day directing agility, speed and conditioning workouts
TREATMENT
We host keynote speakers, and every high school player gets a player evaluation from coach assessments.
